Orders placed within our normal business hours for in-stock merchandise will be processed and will usually ship within 24-48 hours. After processing, your order will be verified by thequiltedmonkey.com with a receipt and order number via email.
The custom nature of our product line sometimes requires special order. Accordingly, delivery times for these orders will vary and thequiltedmonkey.com will contact you via email with anticipated delivery dates.
Air shipment orders (1 or 2 day) on IN STOCK merchandise placed by 11 AM Pacific Time will be shipped same day and will arrive accordingly. Air orders received after 11 AM Pacific Time ship the next day and delivery is delayed 1 day. Please call to check stock for arrival time estimates before placing an air order.
Shipping
thequiltedmonkey.com ships to destinations within the continental U.S. (the 48 contiguous states) via our preferred method of shipping, UPS. All UPS policies apply. UPS won't deliver to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses so you must use a valid street address with your order. Shipping charges will be estimated by UPS on our website. Priority shipping is available for an extra fee. Usually, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days from the day your order is shipped, (not from the day you order) to receive your order. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. For more shipping information, please visit www.UPS.com.
Returns for Credit
You may return items for credit in their original condition, unused and/or unworn, and in their original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the items. Your receipt date is based on shipper’s record of delivery. All items returned for credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
thequiltedmonkey.com does not refund the shipping charges on items returned for credit. Express delivery charges will not be refunded.
To return an item for credit, please contact us via email and include your email receipt and order number. thequiltedmonkey.com will issue a return shipping address and return authorization number (RA#) via email. This return authorization number (RA#) should be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
Any package received without a return authorization number (RA#) will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
Exchanges
Sleepwear may be exchanged for the correct size, in original condition, unused and/or unworn, and in original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Your receipt date is based on shipper’s record of delivery.
thequiltedmonkey.com will not refund initial shipping or return shipping charges, but will ship the corrected sleepwear size via UPS ground at our expense.
To exchange sleepwear, please contact us via email and include your email receipt and order number. thequiltedmonkey.com will issue a return shipping address and return authorization number (RA#) via email. This return authorization number (RA#) should be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
